Terms of booking for La Maison Rose for the year 2008:

Prices per week in pounds sterling

(includes electricity, gas, water, bed-linen and firewood)

Low season: January 1st to 21st March
1st of November to 31st December £395
Mid-season: 22nd March to 23rd May and
30th August to the 31st October £425
High season: 24th May - 4th July £495
Peak season: 5th July - 29th August£595

The small print: 5% off for two-week tenancies. Please ask us for discounts for longer periods or for availability of non-weekly bookings (ie ten days or the weekend) though these are unavailable in high season. Please fill in the booking form and return it with your deposit. Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. We require 25% of the total cost of the holiday at the time of booking and the balance 6 weeks before the beginning of your holiday. If the start of your holiday is less than 6 weeks away we require the full amount to be paid at the time of booking. A returnable deposit cheque of £200 will be required and held against non fulfilment of the terms of booking. Please do not arrive before 4.00 pm and please be ready to leave by 10.00 am. In the event of cancellation by you, money can only be returned if we are able to re-let the cottage. We advise you to insure against this. Full terms of booking will be sent on request and will be sent with the booking form.
